I can this location never disappoints me. Customer service has always been great. Today it was outstanding our server Lacey was beyond awesome as she greeted us at the bar and took our to order she offer us something to drink while we waited on our food. I watch her take order check on food in the kitchen brought it out while having a smile on her face. I live in Snellville and I by pass that location only to come here because of the outstanding customer service this location display. After we finished our food I felt it was urgent that I provide a survey for the service I received. Will be back next month with another big order, by the way I most say the bbq chicken peach tea and the cheddar biscuits are on point. Great Staff

We come here a hand full times a year as it's fairly close to our house and decent BBQ. One of my favorites is the smoked turkey with the white sauce. I'll get the plate for dinner or the sandwich for lunch. Service is usually good but we have had a few slow days.

Hands down one of the best BBQ place around. I've experimented with good ol' BBQ restaurants in the middle of nowhere hoping that it gets closer to the real deal, mom and pop home cooking, but no... I still happily go back to Jim 'N Nick's for my favorite BBQ chicken sandwich. And the cornbread... yum!
